We are next to the largest, flea market in South Texas, with its strong, Mexican flare. If you are daring for the real thing, the small, tourist town of Nuevo Progreso is just 40 minutes away. The area is also known for its birding centers and wildlife areas. And of course, South Padre Island is always a great getway. Plus much, much more.....

We are an RV and Mobile Home park located in the beautiful, semi-tropical Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. We have room for all, including blacktop areas, space for large Rigs needing 50 amp service and large concrete pads throughout our over 305 lots. This is a TOP-CHOICE park with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, be it for one day or all year. See are full list of activities. ALSO, WE HAVE LOWERED OUR RATES - STARTING SEPT. 1, 2024, EVERYONE WILL PAY THE SAME RENT RATE OF $375 PER MONTH FOR A REGULAR LOT AND $300 PER MONTH FOR A BLACKTOP LOT, PLUS UTILITIES. AND STARTING AUGUST 1, 2024, WE HAVE A NEW ELECTRICITY RATE OF $.15/KWH!!
SPECIAL FOR NEW MOVE-INS ONLY - Move in with your Mobile Home and for the 1st year, get every other month free. That is 6 months of free rent!! Contact us for details.
